About Happy Jack
Happy Jack located of the SR 87 aka Beeline HWY. 50 miles north of Payson and 70 miles SE of Flagstaff and 35 miles south of Winslow Arizona. We are know for being a great elk hunting area and the largest stand of Ponderosa pines.
Blue Ridge Reservior is a big land mark for fishing and kayaking/canoeing and camping. East and west Clear Creek also run through our area and many know the bridge crossing east clear creek. There is also Long lake and Knoll Lake for fishing.
We are part of the Mogollon Rim, elevation is 7,000 and we get all 4 seasons, snow can average in our area around 120 inches a year.
Mostly we are a second home market for people to get out of the Valley/Phoenix Arizona area heat since it can get 115-120f in the summer where as we average around 80-85f.C
